Welcome
to Williams Aviation FBO where customer service, quality and convenience
are at the core of our business operations. In August 2006 we secured
a unique facility in Akron, Ohio to establish our operations.
The E-building,
home of the F4 G Corsair in WWII, offers 196,000 square ft of space for
our operations. The E-building is located within a specialized industrial
campus, which houses leading businesses in the aerospace and defense
industry.
The facility offers our customers immediate
highway access to route 224, 77 and 76 making it a central access point
to Akron, Canton and Cleveland. With FAA and City approved through-the-fence
access Williams Aviation FBO will operate as a privately owned operation
at the Akron-Fulton International Airport.
The facility has three, 200 ft sections of hanger
doors with a 30 ft clearance. We have designated 50,000 ft of fully enclosed
and heated hanger space for aircraft storage. Additional hanger space
is being designated for the approval of an FAA certified repair station.
The repair station will offer maintenance,
repair and overhaul (MRO) services for its customers with highly trained
and certified A&P mechanics
and Avionics technicians.
