Williams Aviation FBO is opening a new Fixed Base Operation with a certified
Repair Station in Akron, Ohio. Its operations are located at the Akron-Fulton
Municipal Airport (KAKR). The facility offers 196,000 sq ft of space
within its newly renovated facility. The company is open seven days
a week 24 hours a day with full FBO services available to its customers.
Position Description:
Our line service department provides 24-hour fuel and ground support
to our customers.
The line service technician position is responsible for: Providing exceptional
customer service and anticipating needs of flight crews and passengers.
Other responsibilities include fueling, hangaring aircraft and other
duties as assigned to assist with the day to day operations of the FBO.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability in customer relations with a desire to carry out our customer’s needs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good safety record.
- Communicate in an effective manner in person, telephone and two-way radio.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, utilizing sound judgment and a “can do” attitude.
- FBO experience with the ability to operate fuel trucks, aircraft tugs, ground power units and other equipment a plus.
